In direct proximity to the Krutenau Solothurn 8 Residence, in the heart of the Krutenau district, it offers 83 apartments ranging from the Tiny Studette to the T2, including the shared flat. All furnished, equipped, secured and “internalised”!

The apartments are all equipped with integrated furniture that allows you to gain space and feel at ease, even in the smallest apartments. Based on the Tiny House model, the apartments in this residence will surprise you with the quality of their equipment and the feeling of space. In addition, it is SMART! (Connected intercoms, Hydrao shower heads, etc.)

No bad surprises, it’s all included! Water, heating, electricity, housing tax, garbage collection tax, Internet. And if you meet the criteria you will be entitled to the APL without any month of waiting.

This project benefited from a grant from the European Regional Development Fund of 148 365.14€.

This renovation has allowed a reduction in the energy consumption of the building and its CO2 emissions (decrease of 122.40 tons of CO2 per year) thanks to increased insulation, humidity sensitive ventilation and a more efficient heating and hot water production, allowing the building to be labeled BBC.
