  • Be a work-study student (priority), young worker or student.
  • Be able to cover accommodation costs.
  • Not to exceed the resource limits for access to social rental housing (12 870€ per year)
  • Have a guarantor or have and prove a guarantee (joint guarantee or LOCAPASS).
  • Couples, children and pets are not allowed.
