This website is normally available to users at all times. AMITEL can however temporarily suspend access for technical maintenance but will endeavour to give users advance warning of the times and dates of this maintenance.

3. Description of services provided.

The purpose of the website is to provide information concerning all activities of the company.

AMITEL endeavours to provide on the website information that is as precise as possible. However, it cannot be held responsible for any missing or inaccurate information, or any deficiencies in updates, whether of its own doing or that of third-parties who provide this information.

All information contained on the website is given for information purposes only. Furthermore, the information given on the website is not exhaustive. It is subject to any modifications having been made since it was first published online.

4. Contractual limitations on technical data.

The website cannot accept responsibility for material damage arising from accessing the website. Furthermore, the user is responsible for using recent material, containing no viruses and with the latest up-to-date web browser.

5. Intellectual property and copyright.

AMITEL owns the intellectual property rights or holds user rights on all accessible content on the website, including the text, images, graphics, logo, icons, sounds and software.

6. Liability.

AMITEL cannot be held responsable for the direct or indirect damage caused to users' material whilst accessing the website, and resulting either from the use of material non-conform with the indications mentioned in point 4, or from a technical bug or an incompatibility issue.

Interactive spaces (for asking questions in the contact section) are available for users. AMITEL reserves the right to delete, at its sole discretion and at any time without notice, any content in this space which violates the current French legislation and under data protection laws in particular. If necessary, AMITEL reserves the right to invoke civil and/or criminal responsibility, particularly in the case of messages of a racist, offensive, defamatory or pornographic nature, in any format (text, images etc.).

7. Personal Data Management.

In France, personal data is protected by the Law n° 78-87 of 6 January 1978, the Law n° 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, Article L. 226-13 of the Penal Code and the European règlement du 25/05/18.

During access to the website, the following information may be collected: the URL address of the links through which the user reached the website, the user's internet provider and the Internet Protocol (IP) address.

In any event, AMITEL will only collect personal user information necessary for certain services offered by the website The user provides this information freely and in full knowledge of cause, in particular when he or she provides such information willingly. The user of the website is informed about whether the information they are being asked to provide is compulsory or not.

Pursuant to the dispositions of Articles 38 and following of the French Law 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on “l’informatique, aux fichiers et aux libertés” (Data Processing and Civil Liberties), users have the right to access, correct or oppose all personal information relative to them by sending a written, signed letter accompanied by a copy of a form of identification signed by the holder of the identification, with the return address to which the response should be sent.

No personal information provided by users of the website is exchanged, transferred, assigned or sold in any manner to third parties. Only the repurchase of AMITEL and its rights would allow the transmission of said information to the possible purchaser which in turn would be bound by the same obligation to retain and modify the data vis-à-vis the user of the website

The databases are protected by the dispositions of the French Law of 1 July 1998 transposing the directive 96/9 of 11 March 1996 on the legal protection of databases.

8. Hypertext links and cookies.

The website contains a certain number of hypertext links leading to other websites, authorised by AMITEL. However, AMITEL is unable to verify the content of the sites visited through these links and cannot therefore be held responsible for them.

Browsing the website is likely to lead to the installation of cookies on the user's computer. Any dispute relating to the use of the website is subject to French law. This shall come under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Paris.
