This project benefited from a grant from the European Regional Development Fund of 148 365.14€.

This renovation has allowed a reduction in the energy consumption of the building and its CO2 emissions (decrease of 122.40 tons of CO2 per year) thanks to increased insulation, humidity sensitive ventilation and a more efficient heating and hot water production, allowing the building to be labeled BBC.
